What is aircraft management software?
It keeps an aircraft’s flights, expenses, maintenance due dates and documents in one place instead of in spreadsheets, paper logbooks and group texts. SkyRes does this for individual owners, partnerships and flying clubs, on the web and on iPhone.
How does SkyRes calculate cost per hour?
It adds up your recurring costs (hangar, insurance, financing) and your one-off costs (fuel, oil, repairs, inspections) for the period you choose, and divides them by the hours flown in that period. The figure updates after every flight.
Can SkyRes track Airworthiness Directives?
Yes. Add each AD to the aircraft as one-time or recurring, or mark it not applicable. Recurring ADs come due by date, tach time, landings or cycles like any other maintenance item, and you get a reminder before they are due.
Can my mechanic use SkyRes?
Yes. Invite your mechanic to your aircraft and they can draft and sign maintenance logbook entries. Signed entries can’t be edited afterwards, only voided with a reason.
